  • Must I change my business telephone system?

    Not necessarily. We are currently upgrading our Panasonic customers to SIP[VoIP] trunks – achieving the savings with no change of key stations, internal cabling – a MASSIVE plus, and with minimal  business disruption. We work evenings or weekends if necessary to fit in with YOUR requirements 

  • How much will it cost me to change?

    In most cases you are already paying for the change. ISDN is many times more expensive than the alternative – call us now to find out by how much. You may discover that you have been paying BT thousands of pounds a year for services long since unused through telecom technology developments – such as Featureline, for example.

  • What should I to do to get started?

    Call us to discuss your present situation. Then allow us to put forward concrete proposals when we have a full and complete appreciation of your business needs

  • How long will it take?

    We aim to have a proposal to you in under 48 hours from our discussion – this will include arranging a site visit. We can then undertake all the liaison with your present line supplier regarding the line VoIP upgrade. This usually take 2-3 weeks and allows us time to make the necessary system changes, whilst continuing with the ISDN until the new lines are available. There will be zero to minimal disruption to your services and you could be up and running on your upgraded telecom system within 30 days.

  • Will I have to deal with lots of different contractors?
